I love having kids to do fun stuff like this with!

Lucy missed a nap.

This is his sombrero. He told me some story about how he was singing and the whales were dancing. When I told Joseph he laughed because they had watched a youtube video of a mariachi band playing and some fish in an aquarium were dancing or something. Anyway, Luke doesn't forget anything!

My sweet little Anna!

The Aquarium

We got a great deal on annual passes to the Aquarium.

Lucy said these looked like great horned goats!

Notice the chest behind Lucy. She told me, "It's a chest and the pioneers took it in the wagon, and the baby would go in it and sleep in it." I guess she remembered a few things about the pioneer museum we went to a few weeks ago. She just jumbled the memory around a little bit.

Days of '47

We're so glad when the California Parkers come and the cousins get to play together!

Most of the group. Thanks to Val & Natalie for getting up early to get us a great spot!

My cousin Megan is an attendant in the Days of '47 Royalty. She's in the orange/peach dress. She was pretty excited to see our family, it was really fun!

I wish I could've got a better picture of President Monson!

These are from the Family Fun day at the fairgrounds a few weeks ago. It was a great time, and I think we'll make it a tradition. Lots of fun, free stuff for kids!
Zach & Tyson are two cars behind Luke & Lucy.

4th of July

The West Jordan Parade
Anna just snuggled Grandpa like this the whole time we were at the parade! Which wasn't too long, since we were ridiculously late, but still!

I ran the Freedom Half Marathon. What a great family I have to come cheer me on!

The kids got to play with water balloons and run through the sprinklers at Grandma's house.

Second Desert Trip

This is the Moab trip with the whole Noall family. It was a little hot, but not nearly as bad as we thought it would be. There were some awesome wind caves real close to where we camped that had lots of shade and no bugs! So we spent some time there when we weren't off galavanting.

My little bandit.

La Boca arch. We went there last time, but we didn't know what it was called.

This was a steep enough ledge that we had to take another route to the arch, since some of the vehicles would surely hit. So of course Joseph wanted to go back this way.

A gorgeous overlook of Professor Valley and the Colorado River. Our camera of course does not do it justice. It was breathtaking.

All the adults were freaked out because the kids just didn't realize how close and steep that drop off was!

An old ruin we found. Don't know what it was, but it was fun to guess.
